MFESTS: Q1 Board of Directors Meeting

Come join us for our first board meeting of the year at St. Cloud State University in Plymouth. This in-person event will be a great opportunity to network with other member organizations and discuss crucial topics related to the direction and governance of this Federation of organizations. Key Agenda Items for the Meeting:
1. Designation of President Pro Tempore for Q2 2025.  This will begin a
quarterly rotation system, with a representative from a different
organization taking on the role each quarter.
2. Action on the New MFESTS Constitution.  We will review and take necessary
steps to implement the new constitution, which was approved during the Q4
2024 meeting.
3. MFESTS Awards Ceremony and discussion on new Deadline for Applications.
4. Updating officers and contact information for each society.
5. Updating number of members for each society.
6. Current status of dues payments of all societies.
7. Status or plans for sending 2025 dues invoices to each society.
8. Any updates for MFESTS website.
9. Mathcounts has inquired whether MFESTS will be making a donation again
this year.
10. Discussion on MFESTS Leadership Structure and Future Planning.
